Are you really going on recruiting every driver you come across?
I know it's your team, and you do what yuo want, but I like Dvil mainly because it's a close group of drivers and everybody knows and (mostly) likes everybody. I know you want to be more succesfull in league, and i know last season did not go well.
But you seem really desperate right now.
I fear you are not building a team right now, but a big group of drivers that accidentally have the same Tag in front of their names.
Dvil had always a great Teamfeeling about it, and right now nobody even knows anymore who is member or not.

This season we drove with mainly four guys: Tcq Kimi Loko and me. Olli, Psycho and once Soldier also drove when we needed them.Mike also drove one complete match when we were short in drivers. Exo showed up once only.

For next season we have as it seems now additionally:
Soldier (more regularly i hope)
m&ms
ToVoT
Striker
Kenji
Nano (possibly)

That's more then raced all season with us.
And just Island and Coast are not our shortest envis.
Island almost all of us can race, and Coast:
Loko
Kimi
tcq
Striker
Kenji
ToVoT

Even if one or two can not drive it's more then enough.

And i really see the danger that Dvil is turning into a anonymus bunch of players here that meet once a week for match and have nothing to do woth each other the rest of the time.

Yes this season has horrible, and mostly because of lack of players. But if you just throw more and more people in the team, we will always have sombody to drive, yes. But at what cost?
Nobody knows each other anymore, We won't have a team-spirit, and overall much less fun in the team then before.

I don't think we can want that.
I really think we have enough for a while, and next season as we will be in a lower division anyway we won't need that high a level to win anyway. We don't have to beat ys-tp next week.

Sorry loko, but i think feanor is mostly right with his post. As you remember, i was one of the first half dozen of members. And what i loved in this team, was that we are a small and very cool team of freaks(mostly island) :p
Now we found soldier as a new member and a few of the inactive comes back.. Lets wait what he will do next season. With our new members coming up after this season, i think we have enough really strong members for go back in div 3 next season.
So we are strong enough on bay, island and coast. So the only problem we have, is to get a few bunch of members for tmo and tmn. which are available for matches:
Rally: Feanor, Loko, Soldier, Exo (if he shows up), Kenji
Snow: Feanor, Loko, Kenji, Soldier, Exo, Striker and me
Desert: Feanor, Loko, Kenji, Striker, Soldier, Kimi and me
Stadium: Feanor, Loko, Kimi, Kenji, me and maybe Nano?

So you see we have a strong team, which is able to bash nearly all opponents. If they are there for the match. And if they talk with each other,w e won't lose the teamspirit. But if the team grows up so rapidly as at the moment, i think we should really try to measure out if we need new members and if they fit in the team, or?
But if you think we need him and he is really strong enough to be a dvil, then take him, cause its your team.
But afte him and maybe nano, we should close the recruitement for a while, or what do you think?

He is ultra skilled , mostly is land and coast, and i was so happy to see him again

Btw already told you that most of our drivers are inactive

Explosive is nomore , i've never seen soldier ,

I think WE NEED him in coast , As we need nano in Bay

My objective is to take specialist of each env , as i told you , remember our match against YS tp , they were 12 Online Active ligue drivers , we only 3 padders

Playboys died because they were too selective , im open to driver i feel potential, like when i recruit you or tcq , u had no experience but a lot of motivation, we are in the same situation now , motivated skilled drivers with no experience

Btw , those i've recruit nano / manson wanna drive matches , Guys like Psycho , Mike ,Mnm's , gerthulf , etc..... even if i like them a lot doen't count for DVil_ligue

My team is Friends + Real drivers ( can be both at the same time ) and i love to see Gerthulf or those i've mentioned before with the tag

Erf loko ... We had enough chances to win matches.
Look at the 2D2D match. We just missed one ponint on snow to win and that was big lack of luck for us.
We also had the chance to win against dac on bay, but our misfortune was, that we only had two trained drivers on the match (big thx to psycho to helped us that round, without you, we would never had the chance to get this 7:3). And as you said, we need Nano for bay, so you are right. But if you say there is nobody, you are wrong i guess, cause we recruited many new players (Tovot, Kenji, Striker, Soldier (wait if he comes to play league reguallry) and maybe Nano).
Or see as an example the TEP match. Feanor told me, that he wons nearly every run on rally and you nearly all runs on coast. Now try to think about the new members you recruited and you will see, we never will have a problem like that again, we now are able to let start every map in all rounds with 3 equal drivers. This season the best we had was two equal drivers at one time (Feanor and me, Feanor and you).
So think about this loko, maybe you would understand my opinion.

Il a postuler d'abord chez nous, je le connaissais, on s'entendait bien, il était convenu qu'il intègre notre équipe, mais il a postuler chez 3 équipes: la votre, la notre, et les gtr.
Toutes ces histoires peuvent vous paraître puéril, mais vous avez une réputation à garder, ne la gâchez pas !

Faites le bon choix, ne le choisssez pas juste pour son niveau mais aussi pour son sérieu et sa stabilité.
Je dis ca pour vous, nous avons été très déçu

Ahem ............... i knew him, i speak with him in tms but he is no serious, no in spirit with our teams !
He postulate at first at home, we got along well, it had been advisable that he joins our team GuM, but he has postulate at 3 team: your, our, and gtr.
All these stories can seem to you childish, but you have a reputation to be kept, do not spoil it!

Make the good choice, don't choose just for his level but also for his stability.
We were very disappointed

2 reasons

=> if the member show missrespect against an other team mate @ realracer

=> if the member ( new member ) is not as strong as i supposed
With All the guys i recruit , i feel potential , big potential , maybe some are lack of experience @ soldier or nano but i let them a chance , a few weeks or months to improve their skills and show me they can be part of us
