dvil mapping contest

hi all
hi thinked we're a mappers team too so it will be good to organize a dvil mapping contest with coppers to win for the first place. it will be good that everybody can participate ( even if they are not dvils) and sure dvils might post maps.... we can note maps with a 6-8 persons jury and so elect the best maps of dvil mapping contest *1
its another way to affirm our position of big tmu team....
i think we can organize it for the 16-17 april
we need a server to test maps with +/- 1/4hour by maps...
i'm waiting for suggestions and ,sure, your opinion.. good/bad?

Its, to do that... for my part I would be well would begin the map if ever, I prefer.

hmm, a good idea, would be proud to build a track for this contest
A few questions by my site first:
What are the rules to build a map? All on one environment? All the same style? Slide or noslide? Demostyle?
Think ti would be nice to think about a few more contest, like this

dvil mapping contest *1 island
dvil mapping contest *2 coast
dvil mapping contest *3 ralley
...
...
and so on.

My problem is, that i"m not able to get online at the date you wrote, only able to build a map on the weekend before and then send it to you, so you could upload it on the server.

i think the first contest have to be an island contest. slide or not, demo or not, everybody can built what he want but only island for the first part of this contest. if it's a success, we'll be able to organize other contest on differents environments
for the period, it's easy to change it, when people told me who wanna participate, we can find another day to arrange everybody
i'm happy u agree it i think it can be very nice to run with other people without competition but just to test maps and elect the better one

well.. as I am quite busy all day (erf) and I am a lazy guy (well... that could be a reason), I think the contest is a great thing and I would like to be in it too... but, I am curious if I will get the track ready... hmmm...
You need some definit trackbuilders? ... erf...

i speak with TEP's and i think it's better to see who wanna participate and find another date who will arrange everybody so dont worry dude u'll be on time

for the TEP team, there are 3 mappers interested: kev,winnie,shinra.
i abort the idea of jury, every pretendant pré-note the maps /20 and a second passage(smallest note->highest one for the order of passage) to give a definitive note. i think it's better like this

i think the mapper cant note his own map... because too hard to note it if we love our map we will surnote it... if anybody cant note his own map there is the same number of notes on any maps
