Car Editing Program?

Is there a good program to edit cars?
i used to have a plugin for photoshop, but it would only do textures/colours and i couldn't edit the physical look of the car.

i want to remove the windows on the hood and roof of my car so i can put a good picture on there.

As u want to chane something in the model/car itself ! that just aint possible , unless u create a whole new model/car
but when it is a detail item u can replace a pictyure in there , just open the details.dds in DXTBMP and convert that into ur editor (photoshop)
